We are excited to announce that we are adding more PULSE classes at Crossfit Valkommen!

Beginning this Tuesday, January 16th we will be offering morning Pulse classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30-10:00 am.

The evening classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-6:00 pm will remain the same!

Do your kids need something fun to do after school that keeps them off the couch? OR maybe they need training in the off season? It's time for your kids to lace up their shoes and join us for PULSE KIDS!
PULSE KIDS will kick off this Monday (December 4th) at 3:45. Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45-4:30 at Crossfit Valkommen. Children between ages 8-13 are welcome. Your kids will receive 6 weeks of cardio, plyometric, strength, and performance training, led by a knowledgeable and fun coach!
